The first 14 days are free and no card is asked for. Add a card during the trial and the first charge is on the day it ends; do not, and your workspace becomes read-only with nothing deleted. Renews monthly at the price above until you cancel. We email you before any price change. Cancel any time from your account page. You keep Pro to the end of the paid month, and your calendar and balances stay exportable for 90 days after.
Online payments: Stripe's processing fee plus a 1% platform fee per payment, deducted before your payout.
Why not just use the HR suite?
Need an HR suite with payroll, benefits enrollment, onboarding workflows and a per-seat license? Buy one. Need this year's calendar, this week's requests approved and a balance per person you can trust, for one small team? That is the product.
Vendor pricing, for the record: Timetastic's Business plan is $1.50 per user per month, Pro $2.50 per user per month and Rota & Time Clock $5.50 per user per month, with no long term contracts (timetastic.co.uk/pricing, retrieved 2026-09-04). Offdayly Pro is $15 per month for your whole team.
