Terms of use
What this service is
Offdayly is software. We are the vendor: you buy the subscription from Ellul Solutions Ltd directly, and there is no third party between us. We introduce you to nobody, we sell your details to nobody, and we take no commission from anyone for sending you anywhere. We aim to keep the service available at all times and to keep your data recoverable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If we plan work that will take the service offline we tell subscribers first. You can export your calendar, requests and balances at any time while your subscription is active and for 90 days after it ends.
How we are paid
You pay us, and that is the whole of how this business is funded: a monthly subscription to Offdayly Pro, sold to businesses. Nothing on this site is an advertisement we are paid for, and no figure or recommendation here is influenced by a commission, because there is none. Price, renewal date and cancellation route are shown before you pay and stated again in your account. Purchase is offered to people acting for purposes related to their trade or profession. Where a consumer nonetheless buys, the statutory cancellation and digital content rights are honoured in full rather than excluded.
Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Offdayly charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Offdayly never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.
The free tools
The free tools and templates on this site are provided as working tools for people who keep a team's vacation calendar. Their output is arithmetic on the figures you enter, plus the published paid-vacation figures and vendor prices cited on each page. They do not replace your own employment contracts, your accountant's treatment of accrued leave, a regulator's rules on statutory leave, or your own judgement about a request.
No warranty
Nothing on this site is legal, payroll or accounting advice. The paid-vacation figures and prices quoted are the published figures on the date cited and must be checked against your own contracts and your own state's rules on accrued leave; a schedule sized here is a plan for the team to adopt, not an entitlement. Templates are starting points, not a policy.
